Mr. Moynul Haque Siddiqui
Chairman
Mr. Moynul Haque Siddiqui is the Chairman of Fiber@Home, an innovative entrepreneur who has made significant contributions to the growth of the ICT sector over the past 25 years. He founded BDCOM Online, one of Bangladesh’s first nationwide Internet Services Provider (ISP). He pioneered the concept of Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN) and founded Fiber@Home Limited, the country's first NTTN company. In collaboration with Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, he has steered the industrialization of the ICT sector, and then initiated Felicity IDC Limited, the first private sector. Tier III Certified Data Centre. In recognition of his exceptional contributions, he was honored with the esteemed award for ICT Businessperson of the Year by The Daily Star ICT Awards in 2022.
Brig Gen Md. Rafiqur Rahman, psc (retd)
Managing Director
Brig Gen Md. Rafiqur Rahman, psc (retd) is the Managing Director at Fiber@Home. He has been with the company since inception and is a pillar of strength from his vast experience and knowledge of communications infrastructure and topologies. He was previously Head of Operations and has a deep understanding of field activities. Prior to Fiber@Home, he was commander of various units at Bangladesh Army, and was also Director of Operations & Training at Border Guard; DG of Bangladesh National Cadet Corps; DG of Fire Service & Civil Defense; and Chief Instructor of School of Signal which is responsible for communications of Bangladesh Army. He is a graduate of Defense Command and Staff College.
Mr. Azad Chowdhury
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Azad Chowdhury is the Chief Executive Officer at Fiber@Home. Prior to joining Fiber@Home, he has had experience in development finance, global investment banking, private equity and financial inclusion technologies. His international career spans leadership roles at global investment banks across New York, Toronto, Hong Kong and Singapore spanning 20+ years – and he has nearly a decade of experience in managing technology companies in Bangladesh through private equity funds. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (USA). At Fiber@Home Group, he is driving synergistic activities across our portfolio of businesses and building the next generation of platform services to accelerate digital lifestyle for citizens in Bangladesh, including infrastructure projects for Smart City and Smart Government.
Mr. Sumon Ahmed Sabir
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Sumon Ahmed Sabir joined in Fiber@Home on April 15th, 2012 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Technology Department & currently serving as a Chief Information Officer. Mr. Sumon is a very well-known figure in the ICT sector in Bangladesh. He is a graduate of Dhaka University. He is a highly trained individual with expertise in Sun Solaris, SCO Unix, HP-UX, Linux, Cisco, MySQL, Apache to name a few. He worked as IT Consultant to Information Services Limited, Aftab IT Limited, Proshika Computer System, Bijoy Online Limited, Uniqa Bangladesh Limited and AccessTel Pvt. Limited. He was MD & CEO of BDCOM Bangladesh. He has almost 20 year's vast experience in the ICT sector in Bangladesh.
Mr. Akter Ul Alam
Chief Implementation & Operations Officer
Mr. Akter Ul Alam has over 25 years of experience in wireless, optical transmission, DWDM, and IP technologies. He has played a key role in developing Bangladesh's broadband backbone and access infrastructure. As the founder of WEEE Society Bangladesh, he advocates for formal e-waste management. Currently, he is the Chief Implementation & Operations Officer (CIOO) at Fiber@Home Ltd., overseeing the primary transmission services for various providers and also playing role as a CTO. He previously served as CSO at Fiber@Home and was Head of Transmission Planning at Grameenphone. He holds degrees from BUET and Concordia University.
Mr. Razib Ahmed Sultan
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Razib Ahmed Sultan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Fiber@Home Ltd. with over eight years of experience, including roles as General Manager and AGM. He previously spent nearly 11 years at Grameenphone Ltd. in various specialist positions. His educational background includes a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Finance from East West University. Mr. Razib began his career at Pacific Bangladesh Telecom Limited and Motorola, where he focused on engineering and communication roles. He has extensive experience and expertise in the telecommunications sector.
Mr. Sharful Alam
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Sharful Alam is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Fiber@Home. Since joining Fiber@Home in 2021, he has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction. With over 27 years of industry experience, primarily at Aamra Networks Limited, Mr. Sharful brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He climbed the corporate ladder at Aamra Networks Limited, ultimately assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) with over 10 years. His strategic vision was further refined during his tenure as Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Dotlines. Mr. Sharful’s ability to identify market opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive operational excellence has been instrumental in his success. An IBA graduate, Mr. Sharful’s academic foundation combined with his extensive industry experience positions him as a valuable asset to Fiber@Home. His strategic guidance is instrumental in shaping the company's future growth and market leadership.
Mr. Mohammad Mozahidul Islam
Chief Business Development Officer
Mr. Mohammad Mozahidul Islam is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Fiber@Home Ltd., with extensive experience in technology, marketing, business development, and organizational transformation.
An engineer by profession, he has pioneered innovative, cost-effective telecom infrastructure solutions, leading large-scale projects and fostering partnerships in the competitive telco sector. His dynamic leadership style has facilitated transformative change and organizational growth. Notably, he led a regional tower project across Bangladesh, Thailand, Pakistan, and Malaysia, and has spoken as a keynote at global forums, including Telecom World Asia, Global Broadband Forum etc.
A sports enthusiast, Mr. Mozahidul has competed National cricket and Corporate football tournaments, championing at the SCB corporate football tournament in 2014 in Liverpool Anfield. After completing graduation from BUET in 1997, he began his career in 1998. He got an EMBA from NSU. He has extensive work experience in KSA, UAE. Successfully led Telecom various projects for 14+ years in Axiata Group, Telenor Group. He has also contributed to form a successful Japan-Singapore-Bangladesh joint ventures.
Mr. Abbas Faruque
Chief of Govt. and Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Abbas Faruque is a distinguished professional with 30 years of experience across both Government and Private sectors. For the past 15 years, he has served as the Chief of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Fiber@Home Ltd., where he plays a key role in managing government relations and regulatory compliance. His career began at Beximco, followed by significant roles at Pran-RFL Group and BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission). Mr. Abbas has an impressive academic background, with Honors and Masters degrees in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, and MBA from IBA, DU—all with 1st class distinctions. A sports enthusiast, he also excelled as a 1st division basketball and cricket player. His combination of experience, education, and passion for sports defines his dynamic career.
Mr. Jasim Uddin
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jasim Uddin, FCMA is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. His career spans roles at prominent organizations, including Mir Akhter Hossain Ltd., Techno Fochi (BD), and Grameenphone. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Holcim, Amin Mohammad Group, and Summit Communications Ltd., where he honed his expertise in financial management and strategic planning. Additionally, Mr. Jasim Uddin was the Director of Finance & Controlling at Siam City Cement, where he played a pivotal role in steering the company’s financial direction. In 2021, he joined Fiber@Home Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer, where he leads the finance team with a focus on driving financial excellence and supporting the company’s growth strategies.
Mr. Kazi Salauddin
Company Secretary
Mr. Kazi Salauddin over 25 years experience in Finance, Accounts and Company affairs field. He has vast experience in Telecommunication and ICT sector. He has experience in Capital Market, Money Market and financial Management. He has over 25 years experience in Legal & Financial regulations. He is very much familiar with Corporate Governance , taxation and other regulatory compliance. He has been playing key role in Fiber@Home and its associated Companies as senior team leader since 2009. He has post graduation from Finance & Accounts.
Md. Masud Rabbi
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Md. Masud Rabbi is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fiber@Home Limited, with over 19 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Pharmaceutical industries. Before Fiber@Home, Mr. Rabbi worked at Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. (Banglalink) and Opsonin Pharma Ltd. Joining Fiber@Home in 2013, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the company culture, values, and diverse workforce needs, contributing to Fiber@Home's reputation as an employer of choice and a talent development hub. Recognized for his transformative leadership, he has led key initiatives that drove significant organizational transformation. His contributions were pivotal in Fiber@Home winning the Best Employer Award in 2022 by HRD Congress for “Innovation in Career Development.” He holds a graduate degree from Khulna University and a post-graduate degree from East West University
