Requirements

 Education

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in

• Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Information and Communication Engineering
• Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Basic understanding of fault severity, escalation flow, NOC processes, network topology, alarms, and Layer-2/Layer-3 concepts from academic learning and labs.
• Familiar with first-level logical checks and fault handling, along with basic knowledge of Mikrotik routers (DHCP, PPPoE).
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different teams when required.
• Willing to learn and capable of handling ticket delegation and follow-up under guidance.

Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor network performance and ensure service uptime.
• Handle client complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
• Deliver first-level technical support to users and clients.
• Coordinate with internal Logical Team, Partner ISPs, and Franchisee Marketing Teams for issue resolution and service delivery.
• Maintain proper shift handover communication and documentation.
