Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in

• Computer Science & Engineering
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Information and Communication Engineering

Experience

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Telecommunication

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong understanding and technical expertise in IP networking technologies and protocols, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, and QoS.

• Proficient in troubleshooting Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking, MPLS VPNs, and related services.

• Solid experience with Network Management Systems (NMS), such as Nagios and Huawei platforms.

• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP.

• Work experience in NTTN or ISP's IP networks is highly desirable.

• Provide advanced Level-2 logical support for the nationwide infrastructure backbone and access networks, including L2, MPLS (L2/L3), FTTX, and L2/L3 services for Telco, ISP, ICX, IGW, IIG, government, and enterprise customers.

• Monitor, maintain, and analyze the performance of L2/L3, GPON, and MPLS backbone networks; proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Oversee the software lifecycle, including updates, upgrades, and patch management, to maintain system stability and compatibility.

• Lead and implement network optimization initiatives, including upgrades and rollouts, to enhance network efficiency and scalability.

• Serve as an operational Key Account Manager (KAM), ensuring seamless communication, support, and satisfaction for key stakeholders and customers.
