Job Responsibilities
- 24x7 Alarm monitoring through NMS
- Daily Client Complaint Handling
- Performing first and 2nd level network troubleshooting before escalating to the next level and management of billing software
- Generate TT within SLA after receiving an alarm
- Assign TT to 2nd level support team within SLA.
- Assist NTTN team to fault handling through different operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal Logical team/Partner ISP/Franchisee Marketing Team
- Ensure effective follow-up (NTTN NOC in charge) with physical and logical O&M teams.
- Technical management escalation to faster fault restoration as per fault escalation matrix.
- Prioritize issues based on capacity/client urgency/TT age/alarm type etc.
- Ensure proper handover to next shift engineer.
- Create and allocate internet package for last end users
- Management of radius & log server

Educational Requirements
- B. Sc. in CSE/CS/ETE/ECE/EEE/Telecommunication from reputed public or private university
- professional Certification: CCNA will be an added advantage
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Basic knowledge of IP network
- Ability to manage cross functional team communication
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
