Deputy Manager – Service Delivery & Project Integration
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
· Manage ISP/Telco service delivery projects across Bangladesh with end-to-end execution and SLA compliance
· Handle workflows for service delivery, optimization, shifting, upgradation, downgrading, and discontinuation
· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Planning, Infrastructure, Integration) and external stakeholders for smooth execution
· Deploy and manage teams for site readiness, including access-layer installation, cabling, and connectivity activation
· Ensure timely link-up coordination with connectivity teams as per deployment plans
· Arrange site access for Telco operators, Government, and customer premises
· Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure availability of tools and materials
· Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within timelines and quality standards
· Handle escalations through the defined escalation matrix for timely resolution
· Prepare daily/monthly reports, billing reports, and maintain service documentation
· Ensure MR reconciliation, database accuracy, and proper task closure for billing readiness
· Conduct training to enhance team capability and operational efficiency
🎓 Requirements:
• B.Sc. in EEE/ETE/ECE/CSE/IT from a reputed university
• 6–8 years’ experience in NTTN / Telecom / ISP industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in network tools (OTDR, Power Meter, Splicing Machine)
• Strong knowledge of service delivery, network operations, and MIS/data analysis
